Neat Batch

Introduction. NeatBatch is a small windows program that adds "batch processing" ability to Neat Image. Neat Image is an excellent image noise reduction program, created and distributed by ABSoft. Neat Image produces excellent results, but runs quite slowly even on fast machines. Additionally, it cannot process images in batches, and thus requires constant input from the user to process more than one image. I created Neat Batch to overcome this limitation. Neat Batch works with Neat Image to process a list of images and save the resulting processed images without the need for any user intervention.

Neat Batch does not replace Neat Image. Instead, it works with Neat Image and automates the process of clicking the buttons and menu items that the user is typically required to open an image, open a noise profile, process an image, and save the processed image as a new file. Neat Batch does not have a lot of features. For example, the ability to fine-tune Neat Image noise profiles, and make adjustments for each image is not possible. This is a very simple program!
